Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Langford Pierce collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you use our forms (contact, booking, investor list, guide requests, Private Office applications or waitlists) we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and, where you provide them, your investment preferences such as areas of interest, budget range, experience and timeframe.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we never ask for them by email.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange the call you asked for, send you the guide or updates you requested, and assess Private Office applications. Our lawful bases are your consent (you chose to send us your details) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to function. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs only if you consent through the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer. We follow Google Consent Mode v2: with consent declined, no analytics identifiers are set.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered to our team's mailbox and lead-handling system and kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any ongoing relationship that follows. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
